can I expect from our orientation visit?
During our
orientation, we will spend some time with you and your pet to gain
familiarity. We will discuss all services that we will be
providing, and ensure there is clear communication about how The Pet
Nanny may best serve you. We will discuss your pet’s medical
information, history, specific needs, etc.
How will I be aware of how the visits went?
We leave thorough
evaluations each visit. You are more than welcome to check in
with The Pet Nanny during your time away or at work for updates.
If you will be gone multiple days and want a daily update, we are
happy to send you updates via email. You may contact The Pet Nanny at
805-448-4853. This is a mobile number, so you can always reach

What hours do
you provide service?
The Pet Nanny
offers personalized service, meaning hours are flexible. We will
accommodate your needs.
How much notice is required prior to
service?
We request
as much notice as possible; however, we understand that life does not
always allow for ample notice. The Pet Nanny will work to make
accommodations for service. Please be aware that the orientation
is necessary for all new clients.
What areas does The Pet Nanny serve?
The Pet
Nanny serves Santa Barbara County from Goleta to Summerland.
Carpinteria can be served depending upon availability.
Is The Pet Nanny bonded and insured?
Yes, The Pet Nanny is
bonded and insured.
